Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using voilà, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Service Description

voilà is an AI-powered coloring page generation service that creates personalized coloring content for users.

3. User Accounts

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account.

4. Content and Usage

Generated content is provided for personal use. Users retain rights to their creative inputs while respecting our service guidelines.

5. Unlimited Plan and Fair Use

The Unlimited plan has no fixed limit on the number of coloring pages for personal and family use. To keep the service fair for everyone, we may contact you — and, if necessary, limit or end the plan — in case of automated, commercial or otherwise unusually heavy use. Credits you bought separately are not affected.
